The addition of matching wood chairs and tables help to create an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The vertical slats on the chairs backs and the custom striped booths back upholstery combine perfectly with the geometrical design on the floor and walls. In the kitchen Executive Chef Stefan Ondrus is in charge of the meals, creating the menu and running the kitchen staff. Chef Stefan previously ran the kitchen at the BLT Bar & Grill in the W Hotel and has cooked for notable kitchens such as Rene Pukol. Stefan is assisted by Chef de Cuisine Guillermo Vallejo who has earned some of the culinary scene’s highest accolades. He was previously the sous chef for the New York Yankees Steakhouse in Midtown Manhattan. He started his professional career at Gutenbrunner’s Blaue Gans as a chef, and continued at Gutenbrunner’s famous Wallsé (Austrian-American restaurant kitchen, two stars New York Times and a Michelin Star) as sous chef for five years.
Hudson & Co. has a fully stocked bar, serving a wide selection of cocktails, wine and draft beer.They have a large selection of wine that can be ordered by the glass or the bottle with wines from all around the world. They also have an extensive list of reserve of white wines including Chardonnay from California, Pinot Grigio from Italy, Pouilly-Fuissé from France and Chemin Blanc from South Africa. They also have many reserve red wines from Napa Valley, such merlot, cabernet sauvignon and zinfandel from California. They have a large selection of draft beers on tap which include international brews. The also have a large selection of craft beers available in bottles.
