Wild Bill's Donuts in Edmond, Oklahoma fully re-opened their bakery and cafe recently. Taking a hiatus from full service with their indoor seating area closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic they have now opened their doors so customer can enter the shop and enjoy a delicious pastry with some coffee. During the government imposed community stay and shelter from mid - March to June they kept their drive-thru service open with reduced hours. The owner was happy to open her doors to diners once again and see the friendly faces of many of their devoted patrons. In addition to serving pastries and donuts they also other breakfast options.

Wild Bill's opened first opened their doors to the public in 2017 in Edmond, Oklahoma. Located in central Oklahoma, the town of Edmond formed quickly during the great Oklahoma land run of 1889 when homesteads were staked around Santa Fe Station. Edmond is also home to the state's oldest running newspaper, the Edmond Sun, established on July 18, 1889 by Milton W. "Kicking Bird" dating back to Oklahoma's days as a territory. Today Edmond is Oklahoma's 6th largest city with 94,000 people.

When the owner was planning the opening of her new doughnut shop she wanted high quality, comfortable seating and she contacted the specialists at Restaurant Furniture.net because she had a difficult time choosing what would be best for her location. The booths are assembled in Indiana with American parts, materials and craftsmen. The booths pamper customers and also give them a cozy place to relax. They were also an efficient way for her to maximize floor space. She purchased several sets of single and double restaurant booths.

For additional seating she went with the classic wood ladder back chairs and matching bar stools. These restaurant chairs and bar stools are also proudly made in the USA. The chairs and bar stools came with high density foam padded seats in gray vinyl which matched the booths and complemented the decor.
The laminated table tops (also made in the USA) have a nice glossy finish making them durable and scratch resistant. The table tops come in many shapes and colors so she was able to find a design and color that matched her seating. The cast iron table bases in black powder coating completed the look.

If you have a sweet tooth, Wild Bill's Bakery is the place for you. Menu items include breakfast sausage wraps, jumbo cheddar rolls and jalapeno and cheddar rolls. They also have a full-service coffee bar with farm fresh gourmet coffee fresh brewed, roasted to order. Customers can choose regular or decaffeinated coffee. In addition they also serve cappuccinos and espressos. They also serve other drinks such as Coke, Diet Coke, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, Frappucino and Dr.Pepper.

They have a large selection of donuts to choose from with unique flavors such a maple glazed, iced, cake and regular donuts. For smaller bites they serve donut holes. If you are not a fan of donuts, they also serve assorted danishes, fancies, Long Johns, cinnamon rolls apple fritters, cinnamon twists and large muffins in assorted varieties. They also have seasonal options such as pumpkin cake downs which are available during the holidays.
